Red Bull’s year-end function at Soetendal Estate was anything but ordinary! We fueled their 3-day event with delicious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) to keep the energy high. Soetendal’s diverse venues, from conference rooms to expansive lawns, provided the perfect backdrop for their vision.
The itinerary crackled with excitement: conference sessions, a heart-stopping airshow, a captivating performance by Mathew Mole, and even an evening party! They even enjoyed on-site camping for a truly immersive experience.

The Polo Venue
The Polo Venue (1280 sqm) comprises of the foyer, the main hall, an exclusive lounge and a 12-metre long bar.
It seats up to 250 guests easily with a large dancefloor, or 300 guests without a dancefloor.
This venue is equipped with a 12m long bar, two fireplaces, and an exclusive non-smoking cigar lounge to keep the groom happy.
The Lawns
We offer wide open outside spaces of 11700 sqm of emerald-green freshly mowed lawns, allows you to enjoy the wide open outside spaces which characterise Soetendal Estate.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard is set next to the majestic Soetendal dam, surrounded by the picturesque countryside.
This 150 sqm space, which includes a traditional braai area, is perfectly suited for pre-drinks, cocktail functions, and even smaller intimate wedding ceremonies.
Alternatively, you can dance the night away under the stars as this flexible area offers romantic lighting and freestanding fireplaces to set the atmosphere.
The Conference Room
The 85 sqm conference room adjoins the main hall, and can be booked exclusively for a smaller event, or used in conjunction with the main hall for larger events, for example as the buffet serving area for a wedding.
The Cigar Lounge
Pure luxury: the smell of leather and a cosy fireplace make for the perfect non-smoking cigar lounge. This space works well for intimate functions or social gatherings. The lounge flows into the bar area and is met with a double door to the courtyard.
The Foyer
The Foyer, located adjacent to the Polo Venue, is perfect for more intimate events or as an excellent spot for pre-drinks and canapés.
