We provide two clear options to fit your budget and planning needs. Choose a venue-only hire fee or an all-inclusive, per-person fee that covers our catering and decor services.

Venue & Capacity:
Host your entire team with a seated capacity of up to 300 guests or a cocktail-style function for up to 700. Our venue can comfortably host your team of 50 to 300 guests. -
Flexible Catering & Decor:
Our in-house catering team offers 8 different menu options that can be customized to your needs. We also provide decor, or you are welcome to bring your preferred suppliers for both catering and decor. -
Dedicated Coordinator:
Jennifer is your main point of contact. She will handle all the planning and coordination, making your event a stress-free success. -
Bar Services:
We offer both a cash bar or a bar tab option to fit your company's preferences. Any other services, such as sound and lighting, can be arranged on request.
Our Versatile Venues
We pride ourselves on being one of the most versatile and spacious wedding venues in the Western Cape. Our indoor and outdoor facilities are complemented by our highly professional team who will be on hand to help you organise every aspect of your event.
The Polo Venue
The Polo Venue (1280 sqm) comprises of a foyer, the main hall, an exclusive lounge, and a 12-metre long bar. It seats up to 250 guests easily with a large dance floor, or 300 guests without a dance floor. This venue is equipped with a 12m long bar, two fireplaces, and an exclusive non-smoking cigar lounge.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard is set next to the majestic Soetendal dam, surrounded by the picturesque countryside. This 150 sqm space, which includes a traditional braai area, is perfectly suited for pre-drinks, cocktail functions, and even smaller intimate functions.
The Lawns
The estate covers 11,700 sqm of fresh cut lawns that can be used for outdoor functions, team-building activities, or pre-drinks with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The Cigar Lounge
Pure luxury: the smell of leather and a cozy fireplace make for the perfect non-smoking cigar lounge. This space works well for intimate functions or social gatherings. The lounge flows into the bar area and is met with a double door to the courtyard.
The Bar
This 12-metre long bar is a fantastic focal point for any event. Our designated team will stock the bar to your liking and to meet the needs of your guests. This space can also be booked exclusively for a more intimate occasion as it connects with our outside lawn area and courtyard.
The Conference Room
The 85 sqm conference room adjoins the main hall and can be booked exclusively for a smaller event, or used in conjunction with the main hall for larger events, for example as the buffet serving area for a banquet.
